What are the #cards used for in Hubzilla? Use cases? No amount of search has brought enlightenment.

Articles and cards in Hubzilla are in function basicly the same - but they can be used for different things and group content in two different systems... they have two separate category systems - a search by category will just bring results for ether articles or carts

Posts in the channel are different from Hubzilla cards / articles in the way that the access control settings cannot be changed after you published the post, and that they're forwarded to the connected hubs, while cards and articles are saved only on your own hub.

Notecards. Just simply notecards. Just for you to take notes for whatever.

Could be useful to have them built into Hubzilla instead of having a separate app for them somewhere. Especially if you use Hubzilla on multiple devices.

there is one difference between /articles and /cards: articles are automatically grouped into years and months and can be shown as that by the "archive" widget and searched for like:
