A few weeks ago I was brewing some Pilsner style beer and the brew automat refused to work during heating up the wort for boiling. The only thing I could do was dry hopping which I have never tried before on a Pilsner.
Opened the first bottle today and even though it is not fully matured yet, I am surprised how good it turned out. A crisp and delicate Pilsner that will fit the upcoming summertime perfectly.
