I have discovered that fitness trend called #
calisthenics. It is not really a new thing but it seems to have gained popularity in recent years. I've watched people do amazing things and find it very inspiring.
Now it is said that at an age of 40+ the body loses about 1% muscular mass every year and I definitely can feel that I have lost quite some core strength compared to 10 years ago and I need to do something about it. I hate gyms and fitness trends in general but since calisthenics can basically be done everywhere I'm gonna give it a try.
