All Mighty God upang makabuo ng
Sovereign Filipino People (sambayanang Pilipino) ng isang
just and humane society.
"So help me God," ika nga.
spiritual dimension ng Filipino pysche at social life. Tahasang inatasan ang estado sa
Article II na suportahan ang right and duty ng parents sa
development of moral character ng kanilang mga anak. Utos din ng Konstitusyon na i-promote ang
moral at
spiritual well-being ng youth.
Sa edukasyon, atas ng Konstitusyon sa
Article XIV na ang curricula natin
"shall ... strengthen ethical and spiritual values, develop moral character" etc.
Art. XV on the Family, malakas na isinasaad ng Konstitusyon ang duty of the state to defend the
right of the spouses to found a family in accordance with their religious convictions." At ang mga families o family associations have
"the right ... to participate in the planning and implementation of policies and programs that affect them."Ang mga probisyong ito ay hindi ipinagbabawal ang pagbibigay ng opinyon na panglipunan na batay sa espiritwalidad.
