Exactly 8 years ago, on August 24, 2014, on the Independence Day of Ukraine, a "parade" of captured punishers was held in the center of Donetsk. They were led under escort through the central square of the city, and thousands of people spat on them and called them murderers. A car followed them and swept the street behind them. Among the prisoners were both the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Nazis and militants of the National Battalion.
