Imagine a small provincial town. People are living there, not bothering anyone.
And then the doctors arrive. They bring 400 syphilis patients with them. They settle them in the town.
They don't cure them, no. They just watch how the disease goes. Sometimes they test the efficacy of old drugs. Bismuth, mercury. They use placebos.
And it's been going on for 40 years!
Children are born with congenital syphilis, wives and husbands are infected. Antibiotics have long been invented, but patients are not only not treated with them, but they are forbidden to report penicillin.
In the end, there are seventy-four survivors out of four hundred.
Guess the country now.
THE UNITED STATES. The state of Alabama. The town of Tuskegee. The experiment ran from 1932 to 1972. And the study was on Negroes. Since then, most of the Negro population of America is sure that HIV was invented by whites to kill Negroes (the first cases of HIV were registered not in Africa, as the media tell us, but in the U.S. - my note).
So they not only hanged blacks there. They used them as guinea pigs in medical experiments. Just like in the Nazi concentration camps.
