Just finished making 10 jars of seabuckthorn jam, 2 liters of juice (with ginger and honey) and an unknown amount of leftovers in the oven for drying for tea.
It was pretty hard to get hold of it since it grows mostly in the north and in Denmark along the west coast and it's not being sold anywhere in grocery stores nor online. Luckily a friend of mine works in a catering company that has access to all sorts of berries and stuff so I ordered 10kg frozen seabuckthorn from him.
