upcycling Did some foldy-squeezy testing with the SnapPap and decided it would work fine as inside material. Also, Mum found an old bag I used to use a lot somewhere, so I'm giving it a new live. It's from a big bookstore in Köln or Bonn, however, I don't remember the name. It could be, that it also had to shut down. So, doubly good to give this bag a new purpose.

I love my new ruler. The 50cm length is nice, the weight is nice (not heavy, but still a good weight to not be moved by a gentle gust), that dip in the middle makes holding it in place also easy. Money well invested. 👍

And here we see the reason why I stopped using this particular bag.

CLIPSY!

Didn't plan to have a little pocket on the inside, but what else should I have done with this scrap?

Ready to sew!
Done with sewing!

Maybe I should've ironed the fabric before sewing…

Punching holes and putting in rubber bands will happen at another day. It was already getting close to dinner time when I was done and there was some weirdness going on during sewing, of course. Had to do redo a whole edge, then had to re-thread the whole machine because of other weirdness, so my head wanted a break.
