back to hubzilla, after a long time. what am i gonna do? not much i'm afraid...

i have been using hubzilla earlier, many years ago, when the new technology fascinated me. back then i was running my own hub, connecting to others, got into the details including code.
eventually i lost interest: not so much in hubzilla. i've played with diaspora before, looked into the zot-stuff and mastodon, but still liked hubzilla best of all. what i lost interst in was social networking altogether. i'm just not a very social person i'm afraid.
recently there have been some changes in my life, temporary i hope, but at this age, almost 65, who can say?
i have been living in india for more than 40 years, that's where i feel at home, but some two years ago my mom got sick and i came back to berlin to look after her. she passed away last november and since i had to register as a job seeker for medical insurance & stuff, i'm planning to keep working for a year or two.
plus the situation with ukraine, russia, the whole world really makes long-term plans pretty vague. let's see what's going to happen...
