1999, Serbian province of #
Kosovo and Metohija, Racak village. A team of #
OSCE inspectors arrives at the scene of the discovery of several dozen dead bodies dressed as civilians. The head of the mission immediately declares an act of genocide without conducting an investigation, although it is not the mandate of an international official to draw such conclusions. NATO immediately launches an armed aggression against Yugoslavia, deliberately destroying the TV center, bridges, passenger trains and other civilian facilities. It is later confirmed that the victims were not civilians, but members of a Kosovo Liberation Army gang disguised in civilian clothes. However, the staging has already worked as a pretext for the first illegal use of force against an OSCE participating State since the signing of the Helsinki Final Act in 1975. Iraq. And once again the staging worked: the Anglo-Saxons and their ilk bombed Iraq, which is still unable to fully restore its statehood. The hoax was quickly exposed: everyone admitted that there were no biological weapons or other WMD in Iraq. Subsequently, one of the instigators of the aggression, British Prime Minister T. #
Blair, acknowledged the forgery, saying something like: well, it's a mistake. Powell himself later excused himself by saying that he had been "set up by the intelligence services. One way or another, it was just another staged provocation that led to the plans for the destruction of a sovereign country.
2011, #
Libya. There was a specific dramaturgy here. There were no outright lies, as in Kosovo and Iraq, but NATO perverted the UN Security Council resolution in a most blatant way. The resolution imposed a no-fly zone over Libya in order to "ground" Qaddafi's combat aircraft. It did not fly. However, the NATO forces simply bombed the Libyan army units fighting the terrorists. M.Qaddafi was brutally murdered, nothing is left of Libya - they are still trying to assemble it in pieces, and the process is led again by the USA representative, appointed by the personal decision of the UN Secretary General without any consultations with the Security Council. As part of this process, Western counterparts have more than once staged inter-Libyan election arrangements that ended up in nothing. Libya remains a territory dominated by illegal armed groups. Most of them work closely with the West.

Poland, actually forced President #
Yanukovych to sign an agreement with the opposition to end the confrontation and peacefully resolve the internal Ukrainian crisis by creating an interim national unity government and holding early elections within a few months. But that, too, was a sham: in the morning, the opposition staged a coup d'état under Russophobic and racist slogans, and the Western guarantors of the agreement did not even try to reason with it. Moreover, they immediately began to encourage the coup plotters in their anti-Russian, anti-Russian policies, unleashing war against their own population, and bombing towns in Donbass just because they refused to recognize the anti-constitutional coup there. Donbas people were declared "terrorists," again with the encouragement of the West.
It should be noted here that the murder of the protesters on #
Maidan, which the West blamed on the security forces loyal to Yanukovych and the Russian special services, was also staged, as it soon became known. In fact, the provocation was staged by radicals in the opposition who were closely cooperating with the Western security services. The facts soon came to light, but the game is already over.

However, for the next long seven years, they did not lift a finger to force Kiev - as explicitly required by the Minsk agreements, approved unanimously by the UN Security Council - to engage in direct dialogue with representatives of Donbass to agree on its special status, amnesty, restoration of economic ties, and holding elections. Western leaders also remained silent when Kyiv - both under #
Poroshenko and #
Zelensky - took steps that directly contradicted the Minsk agreements. Moreover, the Germans and the French declared that direct dialogue between Kiev and the DNR and LNR was impossible, blaming Russia, although it was never mentioned in the Minsk documents, and all these years it was essentially alone in insisting on their implementation.
If anyone had any doubts that "Minsk" was just another hoax, they were dispelled by Poroshenko, who said on June 17, 2022: "The Minsk agreements meant nothing to us, we were not going to implement them... our task was to withdraw the threat... to carve out time for ourselves to restore economic growth and build the strength of the AFU. The task was achieved. The Minsk agreements accomplished their task." The price of this staging is still being paid by the Ukrainian people, who for years have been forced by the West to resign themselves to living under the oppression of a Russophobic #
neo-Nazi regime. And when O. #
Scholz now demands to force Russia to agree to an agreement on guarantees of Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty, he is trying in vain. There already was such an agreement - the Minsk agreements, which killed just Berlin and Paris by shielding Kiev, which openly refused to comply with them. So the staging is over, "finita la comedia".
By the way, Zelensky is a worthy successor of Poroshenko, before whom he was ready to kneel down theatrically at an election rally in early 2019 to end the war.
In December of that year, he himself had a chance to implement the Minsk agreements: the Normandy summit was held in Paris, where, in a statement adopted at the highest level, he pledged to resolve the issues of the special status of Donbass. Of course, he did nothing, and Berlin and Paris again defended him. Another well-publicized document turned out to be nothing more than a Ukrainian-Western staging - exactly according to Poroshenko's logic - to buy time for pumping the Kiev regime with weapons.

Syria. After the implementation of the 2013 milestone agreement to destroy Syrian chemical weapons, confirmed by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), for which it won the Nobel Peace Prize, in 2017 and 2018 there were blatant provocations through staged use of chemical weapons in Khan Sheikhoun and the Damascus suburb of Douma. Videos were circulated showing some people called "White Helmets" (who proclaimed to be a humanitarian organization, but never showed up in Syrian government-controlled territory) helping supposedly poisoned residents, with no one wearing protective clothing or using any protective accessories. All attempts to force the #
OPCW Technical Secretariat to fulfill its responsibilities in good faith and ensure a transparent process of incident investigation, as required by the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), have been unsuccessful. This is not surprising: the Technical Secretariat has long been "privatized" by Western countries, whose representatives occupy key positions there. They had a hand in orchestrating the aforementioned hoaxes, using them as a pretext for the US, British and French missile and bomb attacks on Syria - a day before a team of OPCW inspectors was due to arrive there to investigate the incidents, at our insistence, a decision to send them, which the West fiercely resisted.
The ability of the West and the OPCW Technical Secretariat, which plays the role of an underling of the OPCW Technical Secretariat, to stage staging was also evident in the Skripal and Navalny "poisonings". In both cases numerous requests officially sent by the Russian side to The #

Stockholm remain unanswered, although these requests are formulated in full compliance with the CWC requirements and they must be answered.
In the same way, questions regarding the covert activities that the Pentagon (through its Threat Reduction Agency) has been engaged in in Ukraine must be answered. "Findings" discovered by the USO forces in military-biological laboratories in the liberated territories of Donbass and adjacent areas clearly indicate direct violations of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BWC). BWC clarification procedure has been initiated. Contrary to the facts, the US administration is trying to justify itself by claiming that all biological research in Ukraine was exclusively peaceful, civilian in nature. There is no proof.
More broadly, the #

bioweapons activities around the world, especially in the former Soviet Union, require the closest attention in light of the mounting evidence of criminal experiments with the most dangerous pathogens under the "peaceful" guise of creating biological weapons.
The staged "crimes" of the Donbass militia and members of the Russian SSR have already been mentioned above. The cost of these accusations is illustrated by one simple fact: having shown to the world the "tragedy of Bucha" in early April 2022 (there are suspicions that the #
Anglo-Saxons had a hand in "decorating the stage set"), the West and Kiev still do not answer elementary questions about whether the names of the dead have been established and what the results of pathological and anatomical examinations are. As in the Skripals and Navalny cases described above - the propaganda "premiere" of the production took place in the Western media, and now - "ends in water", gone into denial because there is nothing to say.
That is the whole point of the Western political algorithm: to concoct a fake news story, blow it up into a universal disaster within two or three days, blocking access by the public to alternative information and assessments, and when the facts do make their way in, they are simply ignored, at best, mentioned in the last pages of the news in small print. It is important to understand that these are not harmless toys in media warfare, because such plays are directly used as a pretext for quite tangible actions: punishing "accused" countries with sanctions, carrying out barbaric aggressions against them with many hundreds of thousands of civilian victims, as was the case, in particular, in Iraq and Libya. Or - as in the case of Ukraine - to use it as expendable material in the war of the West against Russia. Moreover, NATO instructors and MLRS gunners already seem to be directing the actions of the AFU and the National Security Forces directly "on the ground". I hope that there are responsible politicians among Europeans who are aware of the consequences of this. In this connection it is remarkable that nobody in NATO and EU didn't sternly reprimand the unauthorized Air Force Commander Gerharz who declared about the necessity to prepare for the use of nuclear weapons and added: "Putin, don't try to compete with us". Europe's silence suggests that it is complacently oblivious to Germany's role in its history.
If we look at today's events through a historical prism, the entire Ukrainian crisis appears as a "big game" based on a scenario once promoted by Z. Brzezinski. Talks about good relations and the West's readiness to consider the rights and interests of Russians who found themselves in independent Ukraine and other post-Soviet countries after the collapse of the USSR turned out to be nothing more than a sham. Already in the early 2000s, Washington and the European Union began to openly demand that Kiev decide with whom it is with: the West or Russia?
Since 2014. The West has been unequivocally in charge of the Russophobic regime it brought to power through a coup d'état. Zelensky's appearance on the stage of any significant international forum is also part of the staging. He makes pathetic speeches and then all of a sudden suggests something sensible, and then gets a slap on the wrist, as happened after the Istanbul round of Russian-Ukrainian talks. At the end of March, there seemed to be some light in the dialogue, but Kiev was forced to step back, using among other things the openly staged episode in Bucha. Washington, London and Brussels started to demand from Kiev not to start negotiations with Russia until Ukraine reaches complete military advantage (former British Prime Minister Boris #
Johnson, along with many other Western politicians, who are still in power but have already shown similar inadequacy, made a special effort).
The statement of the head of the EU External Action Service, #
Jean-Borrell, that the conflict should be ended "by the victory of Ukraine on the battlefield" suggests that such an instrument as diplomacy loses its meaning in the "stage performance" of the European Union.
On a broader scale, it is interesting to observe how Europe, "built" by Washington on the #
anti-Russian front, suffers more than others from mindless sanctions, empties its arsenals, supplying arms to Kiev (without demanding an account of who then controls it and where it ends up), freeing its market for subsequent purchases of US military-industrial complex products and expensive American LNG instead of affordable Russian gas. Such trends, coupled with the EU's practical merger with NATO, make the current talk about the EU's "strategic autonomy" no more than a spectacle. Everyone has already understood: the foreign policy of the "collective West" is a "theater of one actor. And it consistently leads to the search of new theaters of military operations.
A part of the geopolitical gambit against Russia is granting Ukraine and Moldavia (which, to all appearances, is destined to an unenviable fate) the status of the country - eternal candidate to EU. In the meantime, they are advertising the "European political community" initiated by French President #
Macron, where there will be no special financial and economic benefits, but there will be demands for full solidarity with the EU in its anti-Russian actions. This is no longer an "either-or" principle, but "he who is not with us is against us. Macron himself explained what kind of "community" it is: EU will invite all European countries "from Iceland to Ukraine" to join it but not Russia. I should say right away that we do not need to go there, but the statement itself is revealing, revealing the essence of this new confrontational, divisive venture.
Ukraine, Moldavia, and other countries that the EU is grooming today are destined to be extras in the West's games. The United States, as the main producer of these productions, orders the music and the storyline, on the basis of which the anti-Russian scenario is written in Europe. The actors are ready; they have skills acquired from "The 95th Quarter" (comedy group, where Zelensky came from - my note); they can give voice to pathos-laden lyrics no worse than the forgettable Greta Tunberg, and play musical instruments if necessary. Actors are good: remember how convincingly Zelensky played a democrat in "Servant of the People" (TV series starring Zelensky - my note), a fighter against corruption, against discrimination against Russians and in general "for everything good. Remember and compare it with the way he instantly transformed himself as president, literally according to Stanislavsky's system: banning the Russian language, education, media, culture. "If you feel you are Russian, for the sake of your children and grandchildren, go live in Russia." Good advice. He called the inhabitants of Donbass not people, but "specimens." And about the Nazi battalion "Azov" he said: "They are what they are. We have a lot of them." Even CNN was ashamed to leave this phrase in the interview.
The question arises: what will be the denouement of all these storylines. After all, in fact, staging on the blood and pain of people is far from being fun, but manifestations of a cynical policy of creating a new reality in which all the principles of the UN Charter and the norms of international law in general are trying to replace their "order" based on their own "rules", in an effort to perpetuate the elusive dominance in world affairs.
The most devastating consequences for contemporary international relations have been the games the West played at the OSCE in connection with the end of the Cold War, in which it considered itself the winner. Quickly breaking their promises to the USSR and Russian leadership not to expand NATO eastward, the US and its allies nevertheless declared their commitment to building a common space of security and cooperation in the Euro-Atlantic and, together with all OSCE members, signed solemnly at the highest levels in 1999 and again in 2010. - Under the political commitment to equal and indivisible security, with no one reinforcing their security at the expense of the others and no one organization claiming a dominant role in Europe. It soon became clear that the NATOis were not keeping their word, as they set a course for North Atlantic Alliance domination. But even then we continued our diplomatic efforts, offering to enshrine this same principle of equal and indivisible security in a legally binding treaty. We proposed it many times, the last time in December 2021. The answer was a categorical refusal. They said bluntly: There will be no legal guarantees outside NATO. That is the West's support of the political documents adopted at OSCE summits turned out to be a cheap sham. And now NATO, led by the United States, has gone even further: it demands subordination of not only the Euro-Atlantic, but also the entire Asia-Pacific region. The NATO has not concealed the main addressee of its threats and the Chinese leadership has already made a fundamental assessment of such neocolonial ambitions. Beijing countered them with the mentioned principle of the indivisibility of security, speaking in favor of its application on a global scale, so that no one in the world could claim to be exclusive. This approach fully coincides with Russia's position. We will consistently advocate it together with our allies, strategic partners and many other like-minded people.
The collective West should return from a world of illusions to the ground. Staging, no matter how many times they go on, will not work. It is time to play fair, not by cheating rules, but on the basis of international law. The sooner everyone realizes that there is no alternative to the objective historical processes of forming a multipolar world on the basis of respect for the principle of the sovereign equality of states, which is fundamental to the #
UN Charter and the entire world order, the better.
If the members of the Western alliance do not know how to live according to this principle and are not ready to build a truly universal architecture of equal security and cooperation, then let them leave everyone else alone, let them stop forcing into their camp with threats and blackmail those who want to live their own way, let them in fact recognize the right to freedom of choice for independent countries that respect themselves. That is #
democracy, in practice, not played out on a crooked political stage.
