Here I am ! I'm up for the task :)) ! I have both a volla22 and vollaX There's a multiboot integrated, so you can try to boot what you want. Ubuntu Touch is supported, as well as a few other OSes, but I dont know about /e/. Still I clearly prefer VollaOS (without their "springloader") to /e/ in terms of privacy. To contact them, try through their indiegogo page, it worked pretty well for me. I had both phones sent to Australia, but I don't know how it works for Europe.
