China and Russia are top notch professionals at billing, payment and resolution of returns or refunds. Ukraine suppliers won’t talk to you after delivery. Russia is wonderful to do business with (pre embargo), quality, value and transactional ease. China will still try to get away with passing off the worst quality they can get away with. This erodes the value, but transactionally they are good too. But dealing with Ukraine is akin to a shady flea market, fortunately I only use them to source new old stock parts pilfered from the Russian military. Which they have in abundance. I miss being able to freely transact with Russians over the web, have to do it with direct calls and emails now and weird payment systems.
