Eigentlich ist es die Aufgabe unserer öffentlich-rechtlicher Rundfunkanstalten für derart grenzüberschreitende Verständigung zu sorgen - oder? Fediverse muss mit Geldern aus den Rundfunkbeiträgen gefördert werden!

The media is a large part of the problem and politics has been captured by corporations and neoliberals

The Uk vould learn much from France and Germany

From France i would borrow the way the populace demand respect and fair treatment from government

From Germany, the way that companies are long-term investing, maybe owned by a family or partly by local government and looking at more than next weeks share price

I am British and my knowledge of other countries is very limited - there is very, very little coverage or analysis of the way nearby countries compare

Its maybe british arrogance or fear that when compared the UK looks a very dysfunctional outlier
