The roof of Special Building No.1 of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant has been breached as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, said Vladimir Rogov, a representative of the Zaporizhzhya regional administration.
"This building stores fresh fuel for ZNPP reactors," he wrote in his Telegram channel, attaching photos of the punctured roof of the storage facility.
As stressed in the Zaporizhzhya region administration, the AFU launched an artillery strike from an American M777 howitzer from the opposite bank of the Dnieper from Nikopol.
