ShinRonin: Free Modular Filter and Delay | Audio DamageFree modular filter and delay plugin from Audio Damage, the original 2003 Ronin reborn! For macOS, Windows, iPadOS, and Linux.
Just for funsies, we decided to see if we could update one of our original products, Ronin (first released in 2003, deprecated in 2009), to our current systems. Much hilarity ensued, and it was absolutely 100% more trouble than it was worth.
But we got it done, and are happy to present ShinRonin, a fully modernized version of Ronin, for free as in beer, on macOS, Windows, and Linux, with iOS waiting on Review.
This is not a port or recreation; it is the original 23-year-old plugin's code and UI, running in a modern multi-format context. We've even converted the original factory presets! So go forth, get your vintage digital explosive feedback loop on, and enjoy your summer!
