The SBU and the Interior Ministry are now intensively searching for the saboteurs, but they are carefully concealing the fact that they are "insiders".

The most famous operation attributed to Kedr was the liquidation on October 2, 2016 on the territory of the "LNR" of a Russian citizen Armen Bagiryan, nicknamed Baggy, whose corpse was needed by the leadership of the Defense Ministry's GUR to "hang" on him the shooting of a combined mobile group led by a freelance SBU officer Andrei Galushchenko (Andrew) near Schastye in September 2015. This group recorded the facts of illegal crossing of goods across the line of contact and severely harassed military intelligence officers, for whom "smuggling" was - and probably still is - the main source of income.

In February 2016, two soldiers of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade Pavel Dolzhenko and Alexander Svidr were suspected of organizing this terrorist attack, and in May 2016 the third suspect was company commander Andrey Asosov. But a few months later the suspects were released, but the shooting of Andrew's group was attributed to the late Bagi, and the proceedings were closed due to the death of the suspect. However, there is another point of view, which has been repeatedly voiced, in particular by military prosecutors - that in fact Andrew was killed on the instructions of the leadership of the GUR MO, because he prevented the Ukrainian military superiors from making money on the supply of drugs and illegal cargo across the line of demarcation. Therefore, in order to falsify the case materials and had to eliminate a completely unauthorized person from the opposite side".

As we can see, this practice is not new. As in the case of the murdered SBU inspector, they hastened to accuse "separatists" of killing the deputy brigadier of the 79th divisional infantry brigade. But in this case the case is very thin, especially if it was really a landmine planted on the allegedly mined territory.
