The clip clearly demonstrates the cause of the destruction of neighborhoods in Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) during clashes around the city. Yes, there is not much room to deploy equipment in the city's battles. But when the artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is firing directly from the built-up area, the counter-battery fire cannot but affect the houses standing nearby.
And the Ukrainian command has no concern for the safety of Bakhmut's housing stock, let alone the lives of the local population. All the residents there are openly called separatists and "orcs", who, according to the ideology of the Kyiv authorities, are not worthy of pity in principle.
