Recipes: Banana Pancakes
Banana Pancakes
This recipe came as part of a Hello Fresh meal and it’s the only one I still do from time to time. The original recipe is on the savoury site, however, if you leave away the parsley and chilli, it easily counts as sweet.
And with a milk alternative, this is turned vegan very easily.

I also use a mix of buckwheat flour and wheat flour. Because… Well… because.

Preparation
1) Chop the parsley.
2) Halve the chili lengthways, remove kernels and slice the halves into fine stripes
3) Put milk, flour, baking powder, chili and half the parsley in a big bowl.

4) Mash everything together with the bananas with a fork to batter.
5) Season with salt.

6) Bake on a pan. I usually use a big spoon-full for one pancake.

7) Enjoy!
